Charles Moore writes in the Telegraph here. His is a piece of flannel and triviality so superficial that is not worth a reply of any kind.
He tries to do a character assassination on Geoffrey Dickens MP, and stresses the many things that "we do not know". He does not mention however that we do know that Dickens spoke of tenants providing him with tape recordings of children screaming during ‘sex sessions’ and mentioned 40 child victims some as young as 6. it seems that to Moore, this kind of thing is a matter of no importance.
